How to force people into liking your Display Picture

Ever put up an amazing display pic on your favorite social networking site and felt it went unnoticed?

For those people who seem to get 100+ likes for any pic they put, the following article is irrelevant, but if you don’t belong in this category you have come to the right place..

Ok before you start to doubt my credibility and ask questions like what gives me the right to tell you how to get so many  likes and comments. I would like to tell you that I believing in practicing before preaching and will now share with you how i managed to get a lot of likes and comments with this simple trick(which I did myself)

The trick is really simple and one that you may know, but have just never realized so without further due here it is:

“Put up something really shocking about yourself as the display picture”

You may ask what does it mean by putting up something really shocking?

What it means is if you want to get a lot of likes and comments, post up a totally transformed shocking pic of yours that would grab  everyone’s attention.. For instance:

In my case people are used to of seeing me as a decent person with clean shave nerdy look , so imagine their shock when they  logged onto facebook one day and noticed  my new  rough and tough bearded look . This mere change in my appearance was enough to make people pause their farmville and give their expert opinion to me.

So If you are an overweight person and you have just lost a lot of weight, wear clothes that make you look really thin and then post the pic(will be especially helpful if your previous pics are those where you seem overweight).

Or like me If you happen to be a nerd and people see you with a clean shaved look, post up a pic with a beard that makes you look rough and tough(don’t get a fake beard and if you don’t get complete facial hair.. pls avoid, you don’t want to make a complete fool out of yourself).

Try out this simple trick and hope it works for you like it did for me.

Oh and one more small tip, the more the number of friends you have, the more the likes you will get(infact this is the only thing in the entire article that would make sense, rest is just written to make an impression)

Now go out there and start shocking people.

Being Healthy Vs Being Fit

Gym has now become a part of my life and if you read my blog  “An addiction of my own making” you will realize how restless I feel when I don’t go to the gym for even a single day.

Initially when I began to go to the gym I didn’t go with the intention of muscle building or losing fat(which is the only reason for most people to go to the gym), but with the need to stay healthy as my day involved being at office from morning to evening. My philosophy is that it is more important to be healthy than to be fit.

What is the difference between being healthy and being fit you may ask?

Being fit is basically  having the right figure and is mainly concerned with exercising

Being healthy is concerned with eating right, exercising right and even thinking right.

My Aim is to be healthy first and then be fit.

If you are lying on the bed struck with fever, the reduced size of your waistline or the gigantic biceps wouldn’t buy you a peaceful sleep.

An Addict of my own making

As I lay in the warm protection of my blanket with the cool airconditoner breeze sweeping across me , a strange sense of restlessness filled me. The same kind of uneasy feeling that a smoker experiences when he hasn’t kissed his darling cigarette and the one felt by a drug addict when not smelt the heavenly drug he so badly seeks.

But why did I experience this, I do not lust after a cigarette, nor has there ever been any drug that has bought such uneasiness to me.

Being the intuitive person I am, I soon realized that for the past two months on a daily basis, I had exposed my body to a concert involving drums played by my heart and splendid  breakdance performance by my body which would end in destruction of a number of the muscle instruments and a lot of rain.

And I had reached a stage where my body had been addicted to this concert that takes place in what some people call a ‘gym’. And since my body had not been treated to this concert for two days it had begun to long it and would not permit me to be in peace until I was forced to get up from the bed and go the concert at almost 12 in the night(the next being a working day. ).

After I had attended the concert(gone to gym) I had the same feeling a smoker experiences when he puffs his cigarette after a long time Or the person with drugs feels when he smells the heavenly scent of his drug.

My body realizing that its desires had been met, welcomed the sleep like a long lost friend and me and my sleep lived happily ever after(until morning when sleep left me again for the alarm clock, what a two timing bitch sleep is!).

Why is happening to me? Am I turning into an addict of my own making? Is this a bad thing Or a blessing in disguise?
